Led all sales and marketing functions for $64M market, including supervision 56+ managers and associates in residential sales, special markets, residential marketing and public relations departments. Build outbound and direct sales force focused on Top 20 tier market in industry. Formulated marketing campaigns, developed competitive strategies, determining price points, and established local branding and positioning identifying company as a community based organization. Produced TV, radio and print advertising. Managed full budget and P&L responsibility.
