Managed all revenue growth and retention for two companies wholly owned by Charles River Consultants: E-Sync Networks & Charles River Communications. Served as the primary point of contact for all clients and directly oversaw all sales and marketing activities including recruitment and team building. Exemplified strong contract negotiation skills, product and project management, customer service training, and team building. Managed 25 employees worldwide, both local and remote.
