Assisted with all strategic planning, recruiting, agent retention/engagement, and merger & acquisition opportunities. Worked closely with staff and agents to leverage existing spheres of influence, decreasing brokerage marketing spend and increasing per agent productivity. Responsible for transitioning core software infrastructure and support material for improved engagement and streamlined growth & onboarding.
