• Led all company’s sales and business development efforts for new build and service projects in North America, including directing company’s outside sales representative network to achieve sales targets. • Provided leadership to rapidly growing company needed to execute higher sales volume to match revenue growth. • Customer relationship development and selling on “value” enhanced company’s reputation in the marketplace and gained access to increased opportunities and larger contracts. • Managed overall activity relating to proposals; developed sales strategies, review of key suppliers/contractors, established technical risk posture, selling price and suggested bidding terms and conditions. • Delivered high-value solutions to key customers that increased annual sales and exceeded $50 million. • Negotiated terms and conditions of all new equipment and service contracts, under authority of company President.
