Daily Duties at Ameritox:
Led Regional Hospital Leadership Team developing strategic support to hospitals to rewrite policies for urine drug monitoring. Promoted urine drug monitoring and pharmaco-genetic testing products to Psychiatry, Neurology, Addiction, and Pain Management Physicians. Served as Field Trainer performing new representative training and development. Coached and mentored individual sales representative in the field to fast-track on boarding. Recognized with promotion to Field Based Trainer, Division Manager and Regional Hospital Leadership Team in 2014 Division Manager- Candidate selection, Representative Development, Team Leadership.
