Daily Duties at L3 Statis:
Supervises and manages daily activities of a joint command personnel PERSTEMPO office within J1 Readiness and Strength Management; provides records management, customer service and data entry support. Coordinates the subordinate command level activities, provides overall management, and acts as the single point of contact for the component's senior leadership. Interfaces between senior leadership, contractor personnel, subject matter experts, military personnel, and operations support. Troubleshoots and identifies issues relating to the DefenseReady system. Provides personnel capable of working within headquarters-level military units in direct support of the personnel sections to provide an additional support element in entering and verifying data and military records as they relate to PERSTEMPO, and as they relate to other elements and features as they come online within DefenseReady. Trains individuals as necessary, provides insight and instruction on the use of DefenseReady, identifies issues within the system, and provides recommendations to their supported units on the best possible ways of using the DefenseReady system to meet their unit's tasks and reporting requirements.
