Daily Duties at Joint Special Operations Command:
Supervises and manages daily activities of a joint command personnel plans and operations office; responsible for planning and supervising worldwide readiness and preparedness training; develops, coordinates and executes detailed personnel support plans for multiple CONUS and OCONUS joint training events for Special Operations Forces; synchronizes theater-level personnel support for compartmentalized and highly sensitive operations; primary personnel planner for a diverse and highly agile Battle Staff and responsible for deliberate and crisis action planning to the Joint Planning Group (JPG) and other JSOC senior staff; deploys on no- and short-notice missions and exercises as required. Responsible for operational strength reporting, personnel accountability, and casualty operations in support of crisis action planning and for executing joint mission planning, training, and school scheduling for all assigned and attached personnel.
