 Supervised real estate, mortgage, and title operations, and executed end-to-end transactions for $4 million in revenue.  Analyzed consumer and commercial client income and assets pertaining to underwriting and qualification of 168 purchase mortgage and 200 refinance applications.  Worked effectively with 40 bank executives and 24 underwriters, 2 title underwriters, 2 appraisers, 2 surveyors, 60 attorneys, 200 borrowers, 168 buyers and 100 sellers to maintain smooth transactions.  Examined title and issued policies for 368 buyers/borrowers and prepared closing documents for 100 sellers.  Conducted both outbound and inbound calls to originated mortgage loans with a conversion rate of 5% and 40% respectively and customer referral conversion of 90%.
