Managed all aspects of procurement and purchasing for onsite inventory levels, effectively leading the control over 2000 domestic and global commodities. Achieved annual cost savings through data analyzation, reviewing costs while introducing successful change management throughout purchasing procedures. Continuously monitored shipments, ensuring timely support through contract negotiations and product availability. Improved global ordering procedures through the introduction of lead times, promoting proactive approval for deliveries.
