Daily Duties at W.J. Deutsch & Sons Ltd.:

Managed the Southern California & Nevada Region to achieve depletion, sales, and profit objectives for a portfolio of twenty eight wine brands. Set forth company plans on a regional level through active distributor management that included: Communication, negotiation & establishment of sales volume and shipment objectives; establishment of pricing and discount structure; purchasing and inventory management; sales incentive programming for on & off-premise channels and chains; regular review of programs; monthly business meetings; detailed trimester business reviews. Managed a staff of 5 field managers (4 District Managers in SO CAL and 1 State Manager in NV). Managed local P&L and all budgetary planning, implementation, invoice processing, and record keeping.
