Daily Duties at Freixenet Usa:

Manage all facets of business in the following markets: AK - AZ - CA - CO - HI - ID - MT - NM - NV - OR - UT - WA - WY & FL - GA - SC. Provide leadership and direction to drive sales and manage field execution of Freixenet USA’s standards through our direct sales team, distributor network, chain accounts, and key retail accounts in the West & Southeast. Work directly with all distributors in the business unit to establish company plans and track performance against sales goals and key programming objectives. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: Establishing sales and shipment objectives for each market; tracking progress against goals regularly to keep distributors engaged at all times; creating and managing all pricing and discount structures; managing distributor inventories; actively managing the chain business with key retail partners at both the distributor level and the account level; creating sales incentive programming that drives business forward and gains proper share of voice; conducting monthly business meetings to review progress against goals and corresponding programming; conducting detailed trimester business reviews. Lead a staff of 9 field managers (5 Region Managers and 4 Area Managers). Keep them engaged in our business through regular communication of our sales priorities, direct field sales training, and regional staff meetings. In addition, I expand the scope of their roles to allow them to take on additional tasks and responsibility. Extensive interaction with top management at Southern Glazer’s, RNDC, Breakthru Beverage, and various brokers. Manage local budgets, banks, and all budgetary planning, implementation, invoice processing, and record keeping.
