Daily Duties at Adidas Group :
Responsible for financial results of the Store operation. Oversee financial statements, P&Ls, and budgeting activity. Assisted with buying of merchandise that catered specifically to the Brooklyn, New York consumer. Increasing sales by 5% as a result. Researches new and current retail trends. Strives to develop and create new community grassroots opportunities. Involved in the hiring of all management staff and hourly workers. Trained Store Managers and helped implement new Point of Sale(X-Store) for the New York City Adidas locations. Responsible for all daily operations and business affairs.
