Responsible for leading a district with 17 locations, and balance sheet of over a half billion dollars; annual revenue generation of $17 mil with net income of $10 mil. The scope of leadership was 19 directs reports with a total team of 85 employees, over a large geographic area. Guided sales and operational success through directing enterprise strategy across all business units and corporate functions at US Bank, collaborating with USB executives, and partnering with teams on the development, implementation, and monitoring of the key strategic objectives and priorities of the organization. Leveraged proven track record and prior successes to immediately support USB’s current strategic initiatives, driving mission goals with a high level of intellectual horsepower and political gravitas with an innate ability to convey complex materials to senior executives. Repeatedly recognized for top performance through fast-track promotions and selection for high-priority initiatives following demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master complex concepts.
