Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:

Involved in third-party affiliate marketing efforts, affiliate contract negotiation and master purchase agreement negotiations with key technology vendors to Road Runner. • Project managed corporate customer expectations in a fast-track product roll-out of the Road Runner’s consumer cable modem service to Insight Communications. • Developed Service Level Agreement (SLA) for affiliate contract covering network availability, response time, tier I, II and III customer service capabilities, for 5-year contracts worth on average $14 million in revenue. 1997 – 1998 - Business Solutions Manager – Road Runner/Time Warner Cable San Diego, CA - Developed, writing, and implementation of the business-to-business marketing plan for high-speed cable modem Internet access services. This included: presenting service offerings, reviewing LANs for service compatibility and the coordination of professional services to install and service the customer. • Developed, marketed and sold a Work-From-Home program and started Bulk Account Corporate product offering • Developed a business & marketing plan and then sold SOHO cable modem services. • Responsible for a $450K cable construction budget to build into new commercial customers.
