Daily Duties at Qb Group:
As Project Manager, my duties included managing the construction of large scale project such as the Convention Center District of Puerto Rico. Hence my participation in procurement processes, contracts and change orders negotiations or modifications, developing key performance indicators and monitoring them, performing detailed reports for the client, managing resources and employees while monitoring construction activities.
