Daily Duties at Cpm Intl:
As Director of the Consulting Practice, my duties included managing over 180 resources working in over 4 countries in various simultaneous projects. As Director of the Consulting Practice provided services to private and public clients, also developed a practice of data analytics and visibility for infrastucture programs and executives in which cutom strategic dashboards were developed. Also developed a set of standard procedures within the company to optimize knowledge transfer and assure high quality in the service offering of the company. This practice growth at such rate that a separate company was created to povide these offering. My activities included public speaking, development of proposals and presentations, contract evaluation and negotiation, finding new business opportunities and closing new businesses.
