Daily Duties at Acumenian:
As an Executive Vice President I participated during the creation of the company, from its concept up to our first business deal. Currently I’m in charge of Acumenian’s daily operations. My involvement ranges from managing and monitoring finances, HR, P&Ls, Business Execution and Business Development activities of the firm. Also I’m responsible of the quality and development of our core business which includes Executives Strategic Advisory and Development of Customized Software Solutions in order to reach operational excellence and develop clients’ operations into efficient ones.
