Daily Duties at Third Eye Technologies:
Accountable for all contracted IT support clients, providing daily account management services, including conducting a high-level analysis of IT network and operations infrastructures in relation to current and projected needs. Forged solid client relationships to overcome objections and retain/renew customers; accelerated portfolio growth and improved forecasting. Oversaw planning, scheduling, and implementation services, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
