Bellsouth Project Manager I Managed a group of 12 Customer Service/Technical Managers. Force Administration Manager (Command Center) I Managed a group of 5 Workforce Management Analysts and Technical Analysts.. Responsibility included DNIS routing Add, Moves, Changes, Rockwell ACD Operation and First Level Troubleshooting. For shift, we were responsible for Statistical Analysis for Calls vs. P & L. TCS was Scheduling Software used for Forecasting, Scheduling and Intra Day Analysis (monitoring and exceptions). ● SOFTWARE USE TCS Generating Reports Crystal Reports Generating Reports SQL Server Querying INFORMIX Database WINSET Remote Access NETOPS Remote Connection TELNET UNIX ACCESS TCS Real Time Adherence VPN REMOTE CLIENT Senior Customer Service Representative Using Rockwell/Galaxy ACD, this job allowed me to receive customer calls using SUN Microsystems, TCS (to run reports). We Utilized Track-it for trouble logs and Implemented KBA system for Order analysis.
