Daily Duties at Access Holdco:

➢ Business Analyst- My Business Analyst role included several roles, many which are listed below. In addition to statistical, financial, forecasting and budgeting analysis, I also created (mostly in C# and Crystal Reports) applications and programs to allow end-users visability into their business units. The next few sections will contain some of the job functions. ➢ MS Access Database Administrator-With the migration from MS Access to SQL servers, I assumed many MS Access Databases that existed in company, in addition to the ones I created and Managed. The setup and transfer to SQL server also kept me busy and engaged from cradle to grave. ➢ Aspect Communications SME (All products, to include eWFM, AQM, RTA, UIP, DATAMART, DATABASE, ETC.) -My previous employment with Aspect afforded leverage to use abilities I acquired. Any analyst via reporting, recommending, and forecasting future growth was a role I cherished. Attended sales meeting with all Aspect and competing vendors. I also served as tech onsite for all Aspect products. ➢ eWFM and other Aspect Software suites - Aspect Software was purchased by company and I was hired due to my experience with Aspect Software to help onboard eWFM (workforce management software) and other software. My first year and a half allowed me to learn, as related to current job requirements, and make recommendations/updates for efficiency. ➢ Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst-using eWFM to load and schedules and using staffing requirements to create, generate and optimize schedules. ➢ Workforce Management Forecasting Analyst-used what-ifs modeling, as well as historical data to project required FTE’s or degradation of service during certain time. Created staffing models for entire company for use in finance, customer service, IT, etc. Updated reqirement to provide most accurate forecasting and ran several versions depending on criteria change (Weather, market, holiday, experience, software upgrade, phone upgrade, business model modification, increased salary/pay, etc.) ➢ Workforce Management Reporting Analyst- using report runner/writer,crystal reports, excel, Power BI, Power Pivots, Business Objects, etc., was able to tell the story of past, present, and future using current data, competitor’s data and extrapolated dat
