• Performed full-cycle recruiting activities with an average weekly requisition load of 25. • Conducted compensation analysis for new, hard-to-fill, and executive level positions. • Built talent pipelines for the fields of Information Technology, Engineering and Executive level positions. • Completed workforce planning activities monthly. • Recruited for represented positions in Amalgamated Transit Union. • Familiar with Labor Relations Policies concerning represented positions in the recruiting process. • Administered assessments regularly. • Spearheaded User Accepted Testing (UAT) for Oracle / Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Successfully negotiated salaries for C-Level and Senior Management positions regularly. • Tracked Talent Acquisition Metrics – Time to Fill, Turnover, Cost Per Hire, Affirmative Action Plan monthly. • Partnered with Senior Management monthly to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting action plans. • Regularly facilitated and managed panel interviews with behavioral based questions that reduced turnover. • Planned and participated in brand awareness activities such as onsite job fairs, online job fairs, and community events monthly. • Created social media and advertising sourcing events to fill hard-to-fill, high volume, and executive level positions. • Organized and managed talent pipelines for IT, Engineering, Law Enforcement, HR, Executive and other fields. • Trained Recruiting Technicians and Talent Acquisition support staff on sourcing, ATS and processes regularly. • Developed improvement strategies monthly with hiring managers to lower turnover numbers.
