Founding co-partner New client acquisition Strategic planning Process development and implementation Client sales organization evaluation New program implementation Recruiting, hiring and firing, training CRM implementation Pipeline management Support infrastructure Etc., Etc., Etc. Unlike most consulting companies we actually stayed and implemented the strategies and plans developed during the evaluation period. We became the sales leadership and/or the sales team. We eventually hired a new VP or Director and then backed out. Our engagements typically lasted 18-24 months.
