Facilitated “Train the Trainer” seminars for government personnel identified to facilitate Transition Goals, Plans, and Success Curriculum. Taught comprehensive art of facilitation, adult learning concepts, and presentation skills to Department of Defense (DoD) personnel at training hubs located across the globe. Specialized in ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning.
