Daily Duties at The Afx Group, Llc:

Directs all operational aspects of organizational policy/strategic planning for The AFX Group in its mission to support transitioning service members. Oversees efforts of 40 employees and independent consultant trainers. Leads HR, Training, IT, Accounting, Contract Management, Compliance, Business Operations, and Customer Support functions in support of 100% client delivery goal. Additional Responsibility: Team GBX Project Director, Career Technical Training Track (CTTT) Directs worldwide project administration and delivery of the CTTT workshop at over 170 US and overseas installations. Accountable for workshop and trainer scheduling, facilitator training, and providing end-user insight for curriculum development.
