Daily Duties at Tribridge:
Manage delivery of contractually supported services, supporting the needs of Managed Services customers for On-premise and Cloud infrastructures. Facilitate the continued growth of the managed services business, including Cloud computing, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Customer relationship management (CRM), custom Software Development, and Security & Infrastructure. Collaborate with technical teams to drive delivery of client projects. Build and maintain relationships with C-level leaders, providing ongoing service management. Analyze processes and implement improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
