Daily Duties at Avail Vapor Llc:
• Provide HR oversight and support for more than 350 employees working in 100 retail locations in ten states and FDA compliant manufacturing facility. • Developed company personnel policies, standard operating procedures and employee handbooks. • Created and instructed management courses in enterprise wide training program. • Developed and enforce company policy and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity. • Built a comprehensive employee recruiting strategy • Implemented the company's first applicant tracking system. • Developed innovative new-employee orientation programs. • Implemented and advised employees on group health plans, voluntary benefits and 401(k) retirement plans. • Processed unemployment claims and acted as the company representative at unemployment hearings. • Oversaw the day-to-day processing of payroll for 350+ employees, including review of timesheets and computing pay in accordance with FLSA. • Investigate and oversee understaffing, disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures. • Set up initial Quickbooks Accounting system and process A/P.
