Daily Duties at Priority Auto Group Of Richmond:

• Provide HR oversight and support for more than 350 employees working in 5 car dealership locations. • Develop and enforce company policy and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity. • Align human capital with company mission and core values. • Educate and advise employees on group health plans, voluntary benefits and retirement Plans. • Process unemployment claims and acted as the company representative at unemployment hearings. • Oversee the day-to-day processing of payroll for 350+ employees, including review of timesheets and computing pay in accordance with FLSA. • Investigate complaint, resolve disputes, handle understaffing, disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
