In 2012 I promoted to Labor and Associate Relations Manager. In this position I was responsible for all employment law interpretation and guidance for the executive team, union relations for 11 collective bargaining agreements and development and implementation of store level recruiting position. I took on the responsibility of managing all worker's compensation cases from beginning through settlement including cost analysis, light duty, and the development of an interactive return to work process. In 2015 I promoted to the position of Talent and Development Management and serve in this capacity today. My responsibilities include management of the division leadership succession and development plan, leadership training and readiness, oversight of the leadership performance discussion and evaluation process, recruitment and overall collaboration for all salaried management.
