Daily Duties at Olympus Family Medicine:
-Upheld all necessary Clinic and Individual Practitioner credentialing requirements including periodic re-credentialing and attestation. -Negotiated existing Contracts, both Group Agreements as well as Individual Agreements with Medical Insurance Companies. -Applied and renewed admitting privileges at three separate Hospitals for all employed physicians. -Helped organize and implement the use of Insurance Incentive Programs such as Health Choice Preferred and OptumCare. -Made necessary adjustments or corrections allowing insurances to be billed correctly. -Responsible for and maintained a third of OFM’s patient accounts.
