 Manage HR data security to include processes related to the use and dissemination of employee information, data protection, data accuracy, and data extracts and feeds for compliance/regulatory reporting  Act as a strategic partner for key system implementations/upgrades  Collaborator across HR, Payroll, IT and Finance in order to ensure effective systems set up, efficient processes, and strong business partnering.  Responsible for Benefits, HRIS and Compliance – HR Policy/Procedures, HR Metrics  Partnered with HRBPs and the business in the movement of talent (promotions, talent moves, business unit transfers)  Supporting company client group 900+; includes covered workforce, global (Canada, France, Malaysia & Spain) and US based employees  Responsible for HR data audits, analysis, and reporting  Develop and execute recruiting plans for each open position  Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation  Meet with Hiring Mangers to discuss position requirements, organizational fit and sourcing strategy
