-Managed and directed in-house architectural firm, consisting of two Architects, two CAD Technicians, one Interior Designer and one Administrative Assistant. -Manage and directed office construction staff and directly supervised field operations concerning the firms design & construction of new and remodeled commercial buildings. Operated in seven states and averaged $13.2M in construction per year. -Assist CEO in client presentations and responsible for crafting and negotiating all contracts.
