Daily Duties at The Buckle, Inc:

Develop and lead the global strategy for the Operations team to include architectural/ engineering, pre-construction/ construction, and facilities management. -Create and propose operational innovative strategies that leverage the overall organization’s competitive advantage. -Responsible for the Departments financial health, work environment and overall work quality. -Delegate tactical responsibilities essential to new store openings, large and small remodel design/ construction projects and on-going store and corporate office real estate portfolio. -Daily collaboration, coordination and communication with the Area/ District Managers, Project Leads, General Contractors and Owner Material Vendors. -Interface with Sales Management and Corporate Executives on key initiatives pertaining to design/ construction of test stores and/or rollouts. -Insure Project Schedules are coordinated between Leasing, Landlord Management, and Managers. -Manage all Facility needs and requirements to accommodate well maintained, comfortable, safe, secure operational facilities which host all the employees. Insure all properties are with full adherence/ compliance with any annualized local/ state inspections
