I was initially hired as an Electrical Engineer working in Research and Development group. After 4 years I started working on business development with my manager initially and then started chasing it myself. I kept my status by bringing enough funding to keep my self at a 150% funded and enough funding to keep 2 to 4 people full time until 2006 when I was transfer to Integrated Logistic Group
