Daily Duties at Bank Of America :

Directly manage a team of 15 direct resources with global responsibilities for process alignment, new product introduction, engineering quality assurance and metrics, WAN / Data optimization, quality assurance and authentication services. Each team has organizational responsibility to ensure new solution and technology evaluation, road map creation, service architecture and design, implementations and some operational responsibility.
