Daily Duties at Merck & Co., Inc:
Promote, market and pull-through vaccine/immunology programs and recommendations to customers, partner with clients with business contracts daily interaction with health care providers, nursing staff, office staff, office managers, buyers to pull thru immunization protocols, stocking, buy & bill, contracts, in-services and immunization education to improve public health.Develop high frequency routing to top health care facilities, county health departments, clinics. Conduct performance updates and quarterly business reviews with customers. Run business reports for State of the territory for upper management utilizing salesforce.com and other data software. Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices and availability. Responded to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, 80 targeted accounts, 6-7 customer location calls per day, with multiple key contacts in each facility, trusted partner relationship development across all key accounts and customers. Attend all district and regional sales meetings and industry events.
