Daily Duties at Hillcrest Bank:
Supervised Deposit Operations, Retail Banking, Treasury Services, Mortgage Department, Marketing Department and Retirement Center Banking for $2 billion bank. Part of IT Steering Committee, ALCO Committee, Pricing Committee, Attended Board Meetings, and Loan Committee. Completed work flow analysis of all departments of the bank, making Hillcrest the most efficient bank in the country at 27%. Managed legal matters for the bank compliance. Managed mergers, acquisitions, and branch locations. Annual and monthly budgeting for each department. Implemented sales training, sales prospecting, and marketing plans for all bank divisions. Implemented Merchant Remote Deposit and Merchant Card program. Assisted in Branch build and design for the Dallas Texas Branch and Naples Florida Branch. Assisted in the research and implementation of new Retirement Center Branches in Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas. Managed relationship with Lawing Financial on the Wealth Management side of the bank. Designed and developed a full service virtual branch.
