Daily Duties at Lawson Bank:
Responsible for the overall direction and administration of a Bank($122 million in Assets) including; investment management bond portfolio, commercial lending, agriculture lending, programs, products, marketing, and all other services provided. Managed overall Bank's financial performance, credit quality, business development, human resources, operations, and regulatory requirements. Served on multiple committees; ALCO Committee, IT Committee, Loan Committee and Board of Directors. Managed loan team to increase loan assets in two years while maintaining zero percent delinquencies and zero ORE. One of the top loan producers in the bank. Established a Wealth Management Division, Credit Card Partnership and Merchant Card Program. Established a new online presence, websites, SEO and digital advertising, mobile app, mobile pay, and social media. Bank was named as one the top 5 strongest small banks in Kansas City.
