Directed implementation of enterprise-wide business applications/software across the full lifecycle (scope, architecture design, development, delivery, testing and support). Managed multiple fast-paced and complex initiatives simultaneously. Worked with IT department heads to estimate development efforts and leverage resources across projects as necessary. Created/reviewed test plans and scripts; ensured requirements were met and tested thoroughly pre/post implementation. Coordinated meetings to review high-level project requirements, action plans and timelines with senior management. Assisted with the periodic roll out of new feature releases and the management of business adoption of such features. Managed the validation and implementation of enhancements to web-based applications, and served as a technical support contact. Actively participated / arranged with number of iterations between team and customer on software development related tasks. Managed migration project between team and customer on software implementation related tasks.
