Develop, maintain, and grow long-standing relationships with C-Level executives through exceptional client service, customized approach, and utmost integrity. Lead the structure and operations, including recruitment processes, best practices, personnel functions and goals, systems, procedures, and business strategy. Partner with CEO on all P&L and financial decisions. Lead approximately 10-12 direct reports.
