Daily Duties at Hp Software:
Knowledge Centered Support or KCS is a support process developed by the Consortium of Service Innovation (CSI) which consists of professionals across the service industry which collaborate to review how support is being done and develops enhanced process of which KCS is one. My role at HP Software was to implement KCS into the support of their customers.
