Daily Duties at Tek Systems:
The insurance company was investing in their knowledge management processes and tools. I was asked to use my experience and skill set to analyze the current tools and processes. The company had many tools and processes in use. Analysis was done and a plan was created to standardize tools and processes to align them to best practice to the company's environment. This included process creation, new tool implementation, development of training, development of analytics, migration to one knowledge base, and the support of the new tooling and processes
