Daily Duties at Niita Casings Inc:

I work heavily in sales and help the sales team close deals with new customers, and take on all difficult accounts where the customer might have a bad emulsion that does not work well in collagen casings, trying to charge Nitta for problems in their own plant, or is just difficult to work with. I tend to open up new territories, like Australia or Russia, and after these accounts have reaches a certain level will then turn them over to the sales team. I work very closely with the QA department in better ways to test our product, specifically we are working on ways to fully test our product in real time which will reduce downtime, reduce scrap, and still ensure a quality product. Naturally I am heavily involved with finance since I have full P&L responsibility of the company and want to ensure the different departments are not wasting money but operating efficiently. I have a broader range of responsibilities than most CEO's since I have an engineering and R&D background I also work on developing new products for the company.
