Daily Duties at L 3 Communications:
As a Sr. Contract Negotiator at L-3, I was a principal contract negotiator for complex government, commercial, international and foreign military sales contracts. Accountable for the timely, accurate and complete preparation of proposals, non-disclosure agreements, proprietary information agreements, memorandum of understanding, teaming agreements, and associated contract documents required in response to new business pursuits and/or the expansion of current business. Conceive and develop solutions to contractual and programmatic problems through the application of professionally accepted and historically effective contract and business administration techniques, practices and procedures.
