Daily Duties at Dyn Corp International:

As the Director of Contracts, responsibilities included the supervision of eleven (11) regional contract managers administering contracts yielding >$2 billion in annual revenue. I ensured that my team effectively administered the contract process and supported the various program management offices. Worked with the staff to review and revise policies and procedures to ensure 1) compliance with company objectives and government regulations and 2) practical application in an international environment. Provided interpretation of contract provisions for program managers and senior management relative to performance and liability issues.
