Developed training program for personnel levels GSR (salary), LL6 (management) and LL5 executive Performed annual budget plan process for HR Unit Ensured Personnel Compensation Processes in Andean Region (salary / benefits studies, analysis, development and approval of salary compensation, salary increases, local and corporate bonds, benefits and structure studies), Executed the general training program for our personnel levels GSR (salary), LL6 (management) and LL5 + executive, including corporate mandatory training (H&S, Quality, 6 -Sixma, ISO and local legal requirements) Manage processes of corporate employee surveys like Pulse and work plans, 360, and Skip Level and focus group. Expenditure the Internal Communications. outcomes 2007-2010 (Labor Manager): Team member (chosen by the CEO committee) to negotiate the collective bargaining agreement 2007 and 2010 Issued disciplinary notices Managed over five suppliers according to Ford protocols and local regulations in processes such as recognition's event, summer camps, personnel transportation, cafeteria. Reviewed job descriptions to attract targeted talent pool within the market wage range. Developed training program for Hourly personnel. Perform annual budget plan for the labor unit. Member of the Health & Security committee at Valencia Plant
