As a leader of communication, I have been involved in: - New products launching like The New Greek Yogurt "Kyros" we performed events in both Manufacturing plants and Administrative offices, deploying Internal communications, Digital News. Develop a brand identity, including a distinctive graphic style and tone, for all company communications according to Fonterra standard of communications. Organize the Manager Strategy Meeting ( OD internal top management event) Implement a new internal communication committee, protocols and procedures. As a Labor Manager I was involved in: Negotiate the collective bargaining agreement. This process involves labor market research, Budget approval, Legal approach and planning the strategy of negotiation
