Managed a sales team credited with business relationship management that resulted in over $30 million in annual revenue of financial demand and other geographic and spatial estimates including data, software and analytic services. Established a new National Account Sales and Client Services team for Nielsen’s Financial Services vertical, supporting over 200 clients for Customer Segmentation, Market Research and Media Consumption. Directed the Nielsen Market Audit, the nation’s largest study of consumer financial behavior research (market share, size and change by product and geography), responsibilities included study content, operations and sales. Led groundbreaking research between University of Pennsylvania and Nielsen on the relationships and correlations between customer satisfaction and firm stock share performance. Trained and managed national sales and service teams.
