Daily Duties at Svs Group Dallas:

I was brought on as the Business Development Manager because the company wanted to move to more of an executive level staffing firm. In the 5 months I was there I brought in over 50 job orders salaries ranging from $50k - $250 K. One of my biggest clients was Balfour Beaty. I negotiated a 30% direct hire rate. (For ex. an employee we placed for a salary of $175,000 our fee would have been $52,500 for the company less my recruiter and my 10% commission.)
