Daily Duties at Mercury Interactive Corproration:

> Direct management and leadership of a Professional Services team in Mid-Atlantic and South East, including recruiting/hiring, development, and performance management > Own all aspects of customer success related to PS delivery > Financial management and reporting (P&L) > Develop and promote services offerings around all aspects of PS related delivery > Meeting organizational goals and managing to customer success, revenue/expense targets, utilization, area and theater goals (top line growth), and services attach rates. > Develop and promote best practices within the team fostering quality and ultimately customer success on every engagement > Lead efforts to develop a high quality and scalable ecosystem (partners) that enhance delivery capacity > Work cross functionally with Market teams to ensure alignment with corporate marketing, product management, sales and others. This includes, but is not limited to providing input on products, customer feedback, new product opportunities, and competitive input. > Support the development of the partner ecosystem > Lead workshops and C-level exec presentations in support of strategic deals > Work with Customer to define and agree on Statement of Work which forms the basis for project implementation > Oversee the implementation of projects, manage internal and external stakeholders, and resolve project escalations
