• Manage and drive efficient cost savings initiatives for multiple spend programs, utilizing third-party group purchasing organizations to reduce annual spends for raw materials, shipping, MRO, personal protection equipment, metal working products, corrugated and other shipping supplies. • Developed and managed all Integrated Supply Chain activities and logistics in support of manufacturing including domestic and international strategic sourcing activities. • Extensive experience sourcing machined components and raw materials from lower cost centers in China and India. • Currently establishing the sales office and infrastructure for products offering into the India market. • Exploit the advantages of lower manufacturing cost centers through global sourcing opportunities. • Initiate, develop, and transfer all related program activities to operational status.
